What we collect

When you use our forms or contact us, we collect the details you provide: name, phone number, email address, organisation, and any files you upload with a proposal request. Event registrations collect name, phone, email and the number attending.

Why we collect it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, manage your event registration or booking, and keep a record of our correspondence. We do not use your details for unrelated marketing and we never sell personal data.

How it is stored and protected

Submissions are stored securely on our systems. Uploaded files are renamed on receipt and accessible only to the team handling your request. Access is limited to EcoVita staff who need it.

Third parties

If you contact us via WhatsApp, Meta's own privacy policy applies to that conversation. We do not share your details with other third parties unless required to deliver a service you have requested, or by law.

Your rights

Children

We do not knowingly collect children's data through this website. For programmes involving children, written consent is obtained through the school or guardians.
