Ahead of launching an internal sustainability programme, the bank's leadership wanted every department head to share the same grounding in climate science — not a slide deck, but understanding.
We ran four parallel Climate Fresk tables over two mornings at the head office. Each table rebuilt the climate system from the 42 cards, then debriefed on what the science means for a Kenyan financial institution.
Feedback was collected per table. The session is now part of the bank's onboarding for its sustainability committee.
