The Lakeside Spin Experience brought spin bikes, yoga mats and a Naivasha shoreline together for a Saturday-morning fitness event hosted under our WereWere Wellness events brand, alongside Ibiza Fun Run and lifestyle partners.
Participants moved through spin, yoga and tabata stations with a sporty dress code, starting 8:30 a.m. sharp. The event showed the format we now offer companies as private team wellness days.
